Emirate Youth Empowerment Foundation (EYEF) is steadfastly committed to uplifting and transforming the lives of Nigerian youths and women. Through strategic initiatives and collaborative efforts, we aim to provide holistic empowerment in key areas, thereby contributing to the overall progress and well-being of our communities.
ICT has become the new world order, so by training youth in these field helps them easily gain employment opportunities.
Through Skill Acquisition, the Organization seeks to help youths gain employment and achieve a more self rewarding life.
Sport activities helps build not just Mental and Physical abilities of an individual but also serves as an socio-economic path to a rewarding life.
Having a vibrant and sound minded youths today, ensures the security and prosperity of any given nation.
Education is a path to greatness and its multiplier effects to any nation can not be over emphasis.
The development or prosperity of any community most be a collective one in order for it to be sustained over time
By joining hands together, we can easily achieve the desired positive changes we wish to see in our society, and lead to a sustainable development over time.
Most of the population, especially the youths are struggling financially as a result of Nigerian deteriorate economy.
The rate of crime has dramatically increased as a result of the nations lack of employment possibilities. while it is true that unemployment is not a justification for crime, we cannot deny the fact that many young people have turn to unlawful means of earning a living as a result. We all have a role to play to make a positive change in this setback.
The foundation have successfully used information and communication technology to empower over 1,500 youths both in and out of school. The out of school youths are exposed to enterpreneur, with the opportunity of becoming self employed. While those in secondary schools (SS2 &3) are able to write computer base jamb test with confidence and maturity.
The foundation have used basketball and football as a vehicle to promote social change and transform community into tolerant, and peaceful society. In addition, it has used this sporting game to boost their confidence, develop their skill to gain employment at government and private organizations.
Through the foundations public enlightenment program and advocacy, we have reached over 5000 youth both in and out of schools. Educating them on effect of drug abuse which is one of the root causes of various social vices
